Appropriates $25,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Capital Development Board for grants to support a cooperative high school project in Vermilion County.

Funds allocated for architectural and engineering studies and construction of the cooperative high school involving Jamaica High School, Oakwood High School, and Catlin High School.

The appropriation is available to the extent necessary, allowing the full amount or a lesser amount to be used based on project needs.

Effective date is July 1, 2009.
