Appropriates $1,337,750,700 total for the Department of Children and Family Services for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2009, comprised of $899,307,600 in General Funds, $430,375,500 in Other State Funds, and $8,067,600 in Federal Funds

Allocates funding across multiple departmental functions including Central Administration ($13,107,900), Inspector General ($2,100,300), Child Welfare ($119,550,500), and Child Protection ($78,489,700)

Provides $918,727,900 in Grants-in-Aid for regional offices to cover Foster Homes, Specialized Foster Care, Institution and Group Home Care, Adoption and Guardianship Services, and related child welfare services

Includes funding for support services such as Clinical Services ($4,698,500), Office of the Guardian ($5,837,400), and Purchase of Service Monitoring ($29,007,900)

Takes effect July 1, 2009
