Appropriates $922,900 to State Comptroller for salaries of elected executive branch officers including Governor ($182,400), Secretary of State and Attorney General ($161,000 each), and other statewide elected officials for Fiscal Year 2010.

Appropriates $13,525,200 from General Revenue Fund to State Comptroller for salaries of appointed executive branch department directors, secretaries, and staff across 30+ state agencies and boards.

Appropriates $14,147,300 total (combining multiple funds) for additional appointed executive branch officers, Fire Marshal, Racing Board members, and Department of Employment Security officials.

Appropriates $397,000 for Auditor General and Deputy Auditors plus $15,810,200 for General Assembly salaries including base pay for 118 House members and 59 Senate members at $69,735 each, plus leadership and committee compensation.

Appropriates $3,060,700 for State Employees' Retirement System contributions and $1,253,700 for Social Security contributions across multiple funds, plus $127,200 for group insurance, with $1,601,300 contingency reserve; effective July 1, 2009.
