Appropriates $8,225,672 from the General Revenue Fund to the Office of the Auditor General for ordinary and contingent expenses, including $4,999,687 for regular positions and $1,418,761 for state retirement contributions.

Appropriates $22,339,103 from the Audit Expense Fund to the Auditor General for audits, studies, and investigations.

Allocates funding across multiple categories including contractual services ($995,800), electronic data processing ($120,000), travel ($80,000), telecommunications ($75,000), equipment ($100,000), and other operational expenses.

Effective July 1, 2009.
