• Establishes 24-month probation terms with mandatory conditions including at least 3 drug tests (paid by probationer), minimum 30 hours of community service, firearm restrictions, and abstinence from illicit drugs.

• Allows one-time discharge and dismissal upon successful probation completion, which is not considered a conviction for purposes of disqualifications, except when a subsequent drug offense occurs within 5 years.
