Requires the Chicago Transportation Authority Board to equip all trains and buses with at least one automated external defibrillator (AED) on board within 90 days of the law's effective date.

Requires the Suburban Bus Board to equip all buses with at least one AED on board within 90 days of the law's effective date.

Requires the Commuter Rail Board to equip all trains with at least one AED on board within 90 days of the law's effective date.

Defines "automated external defibrillator" according to Section 10 of the Automated External Defibrillator Act.

Exempts the state from providing reimbursement to transit authorities for implementing these AED requirements under the State Mandates Act.
