Amends the Animal Control Act to add "accelerant detection dogs" to the list of professionally trained dogs exempt from vicious dog classification and enclosure requirements.

Modifies the Humane Care for Animals Act to prohibit tampering with, interfering with, or injuring accelerant detection canines used by fire officers for arson investigations, with penalties of Class A misdemeanor for first offense and Class 4 felony for subsequent violations.

Establishes that injuring or killing an accelerant detection dog is a Class 4 felony if the dog is not killed or totally disabled, or a Class 3 felony if the dog is killed or totally disabled.

Requires fire departments and animal control administrators to maintain and update information about accelerant detection dogs, similar to requirements for police and service animals.
