Amends the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act to require wireless telecommunications carriers to include specific information on monthly bills sent to consumers.

Carriers must state on each monthly bill the date on which the consumer's service contract ends.

Carriers must disclose the amount of any early termination fee that would be charged if the consumer cancels service before the contract expiration date.

Violations of these disclosure requirements constitute unlawful practices under the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
