Amends the Automatic Contract Renewal Act (815 ILCS 601/10) to increase advance notice requirements for automatic contract renewals from 30 days to a minimum of 60 days before the cancellation deadline.

Increases the maximum advance notice period from 60 days to 120 days before the cancellation deadline for automatic contract renewal notifications.

Requires written notice of automatic renewal be sent by certified mail to consumers (rather than allowing alternative delivery methods) for contracts with initial terms of 12 months or more that automatically renew for periods exceeding one month.

Maintains existing requirements that renewal notices clearly disclose that the contract will automatically renew unless canceled and provide information on how consumers can access details of the renewal provision and cancellation procedure.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
