IL HB4910

Amends the Older Adult Services Act to reduce the number of appointed members on the Older Adult Services Advisory Committee from 32 to 30 members.

Consolidates separate membership positions for municipal officials, township officials, and county officials into a single representative position covering all three categories.

Removes two previously separate positions: one for municipality representatives and one for county officials representatives.

Maintains the committee's advisory role to the Directors of Aging, Healthcare and Family Services, and Public Health on matters related to older adult services.

Takes effect upon becoming law.
