Amends the Community Association Manager Licensing and Disciplinary Act to modify the good moral character requirement for licensure.

Allows the Department to consider whether applicants have engaged in conduct that would constitute grounds for discipline under the Act when evaluating moral character.

Removes the restriction that only felonies could be considered, allowing conviction of crimes (felonies and misdemeanors) to be used in determining moral character but not as an absolute bar to licensure.

Establishes that good moral character is a continuing requirement of licensure beyond initial application.

Effective date: July 1, 2010.
