Department of Natural Resources must place warning on all Deer Hunting Permits stating: "To lawfully hunt deer in the State of Illinois, a hunter may need to acquire a hunting license as well as this permit."

Department must place warning on all hunting licenses and Sportsmen's Combination Licenses stating: "To lawfully hunt certain species in the State of Illinois, such as deer, migratory waterfowl, and wild turkey, it may be necessary to acquire an additional permit, stamp, or both."

Warnings must be displayed in conspicuous, easy-to-read letters on the respective permits and licenses.

Bill amends sections 2.26 and 3.2 of the Wildlife Code (520 ILCS 5) to incorporate these notice requirements.
