State and local law enforcement agencies must report inhabitable properties contaminated by clandestine methamphetamine drug labs to the Department of State Police and local public health officers.

Department of State Police shall maintain a publicly accessible website listing all reported contaminated properties.

Contaminated properties are removed from the list upon confirmation by the Department of State Police that the property has been properly remediated or meets decontamination standards without remediation.

Property owners, landlords, and real estate agents are not required to disclose past methamphetamine contamination once a property is removed from the state list.

Department of State Police may adopt rules establishing documentation requirements from certified contractors for remediation sufficiency.
