Repeals Section 35 of the Prevention of Unnecessary Institutionalization Act, eliminating the requirement for the Department of Human Services and Department on Aging to jointly establish an Advisory Committee for the Prevention of Unnecessary Institutionalization Program.

Repeals Section 35 of the Community Senior Services and Resources Act, eliminating the requirement for the Department on Aging to establish the Community Senior Services and Resource Center Advisory Committee.

Repeals Section 16 of the Family Caregiver Act, eliminating the requirement for the Department on Aging to seek federal funding for establishing and assessing a Family Caregiver Training and Support Demonstration Project.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
