• Amends the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act by adding Section 2III regarding valet service providers

• Prohibits valet service providers from refusing a consumer's request to store a motor vehicle overnight when the consumer indicates they are too intoxicated to safely drive

• Requires valet services to store the vehicle until 12:00 p.m. of the following day and may charge a maximum fee of $30 for the additional overnight storage

• Defines "valet service provider" as a person providing short-term parking and storage service (not more than 6 hours) where consumers leave vehicles at a business or event entrance and an attendant parks and retrieves them

• Violation of this provision constitutes an unlawful practice under the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act
