Amends Illinois Code of Civil Procedure Section 15-1508 to modify foreclosure sale confirmation procedures and requirements.

Requires confirmation orders to include the name, address, and telephone number of the certificate of sale holder or purchaser so municipalities and counties can contact them regarding the foreclosed property.

Mandates notice of the confirmation order be sent to the municipality or county where the foreclosed property is located, with each municipality/county required to publish a single contact address on their website or post it in their main office.

Requires notice to residential mortgagors before confirmation hearings, even if previously held in default, with the notice sent by first class mail and including specific language about the mortgagor's right to remain in possession for 30 days after an order of possession is entered.

Allows mortgagors to request courts set aside foreclosure sales if they applied for assistance under the Making Home Affordable Program and the property was sold in material violation of the program's requirements (provision expires January 1, 2013 for cases filed after that date where mortgagor did not apply for assistance by December 31, 2012).
