Amends the Child Death Review Team Act to require the Director of Children and Family Services to submit child death investigation reports to the State Representative and State Senator in whose legislative districts each case arose, in addition to existing recipients.

Extends the deadline for the Child Death Review Teams Executive Council to submit a report on the Child Death Investigation Task Force pilot program from January 1, 2010 to January 1, 2012.

Requires the Director to submit additional reports within 90 days and 180 days after initial recommendations, detailing implementation plans and specific policy changes, to be shared with relevant legislators in addition to team and council leadership.

Establishes that the Child Death Investigation Task Force reports must be submitted to the appropriate State's Attorney and relevant State Representative and State Senator, expanding the scope of recipients for pilot program findings.
