Attorney General may establish a statewide crime victim and witness notification system to inform victims and witnesses of case developments via telephone, computer, or written notice

System shall download information from participating officials, maintain and update it, and automatically transmit notifications to registered victims and witnesses

Illinois Department of Corrections, Department of Juvenile Justice, Department of Human Services, and Prisoner Review Board must cooperate with the Attorney General and provide necessary information for system operation

State's attorneys, circuit court clerks, and local law enforcement may voluntarily enter agreements with the Attorney General to participate; Attorney General may provide equipment, software, and training to participating offices

Establishes Crime Victim and Witness Notification Advisory Committee consisting of victims advocates, sheriffs, State's Attorneys, court clerks, and corrections/juvenile justice officials to advise Attorney General and report annually to the General Assembly
