Creates the Mass Influenza Vaccination School Program Act to establish school-based flu vaccination programs in Illinois elementary and secondary schools for children ages 5-18 years old.

Participation by school districts and individual students is voluntary, and vaccines must be administered with parental or legal guardian consent.

Department of Public Health shall coordinate with the Director of Insurance and State Board of Education to fund vaccinations through existing appropriations, Medicaid, private insurance coverage, and federal discretionary funds.

Vaccines shall be offered as soon as available before influenza season and continue throughout the entire season, consistent with CDC Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices recommendations.

Department of Public Health must submit a written report within 90 days of program creation assessing vaccination rates, pandemic response utility, funding feasibility, education days gained through reduced absenteeism, and whether to continue, expand, or terminate the programs.
