Allows voters to cast a single vote for both Governor and Lieutenant Governor candidates by marking the bracket, or to write in names of candidates for both offices together with a single square.

Changes vote counting procedures to use the same tally column for both members of a Governor-Lieutenant Governor team rather than separate columns.

Applies these joint nomination and voting requirements exclusively to the offices of Governor and Lieutenant Governor while maintaining existing procedures for all other elected offices.
