Amends the Condominium Property Act (765 ILCS 605/18) to exclude garage units and storage units from voting calculations in condominiums

When 30% or fewer units by number possess over 50% of votes in the association, voting percentages must be calculated by number of units rather than by percentage interest in common elements

Garage units and storage units are not counted when determining whether the 30% threshold applies, and are excluded from vote calculations after that determination is made

Effective immediately upon becoming law
