Amends the Illinois Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act to include honey in the comb or removed from the comb in an unadulterated condition as a raw agricultural commodity exempt from regulation.

Adds Section 27 to the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act exempting both forms of honey (in comb or removed from comb) from all provisions of the Act.

Amends the Sanitary Food Preparation Act to exempt honey in the comb or removed from the comb in an unadulterated condition from regulation and inspection.

Exempts honey producers selling less than 500 gallons of Illinois-produced honey per year at local markets from Department regulation and inspection of their honey houses.

Amends the Criminal Code to include honey as a raw agricultural commodity in definitions related to endangering the food supply.
