Appropriates $1,273,200 from the General Revenue Fund to the State Universities Civil Service System for fiscal year ending June 30, 2011, covering ordinary and contingent expenses.

Allocates funds by category: Personal Services ($932,400), Contractual Services ($248,300), Telecommunications Services ($25,700), Equipment ($25,500), Social Security ($13,500), Travel ($12,000), Commodities ($9,000), Printing ($4,000), and Operation of Automotive Equipment ($2,800).

Appropriates an additional $3,000 from the General Revenue Fund for office relocation expenses.

Takes effect July 1, 2010.
