Appropriates $79,789,500 in General Revenue Funds to the Board of Trustees of Illinois State University for ordinary and contingent expenses for fiscal year ending June 30, 2011.

Allocates $76,903,200 for Personal Services, including salaries and accrued payments to academic personnel for the 2010-2011 academic year.

Appropriates $2,886,300 for Group Insurance costs.

Provides $0 for Contractual Services, Commodities, Equipment, Telecommunications Services, and Permanent Improvements.

Takes effect July 1, 2010.
