Appropriates $671,900 from the General Revenue Fund to the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Commission for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2010, covering ordinary and contingent expenses.

Allocates funds for personal services ($473,900), state contributions to social security ($36,300), contractual services ($91,500), travel ($18,400), and other operational expenses including telecommunications, equipment, and automotive operation.

Appropriates $150,000 from the Interpreters for the Deaf Fund for administration and enforcement of the Interpreter for the Deaf Licensure Act of 2007.

Total appropriation across all funds is $821,900 for fiscal year 2010-2011.

Effective date is July 1, 2010.
