Appropriates $9,897,100 from the General Revenue Fund to the Guardianship and Advocacy Commission for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2010.

Appropriates $187,700 from the Guardianship and Advocacy Fund to the Commission for services under Section 5 of the Guardianship and Advocacy Act.

General Revenue Fund allocation includes $8,341,000 for personal services, $638,100 for Social Security contributions, $354,200 for contractual services, and $277,600 for telecommunications services.

General Revenue Fund allocation also includes funding for travel ($175,000), electronic data processing ($45,500), equipment ($26,000), printing ($13,000), commodities ($11,700), and auto equipment operation ($15,000).

Act takes effect July 1, 2010.
