• Appropriates $18.86 billion to the Department of Healthcare and Family Services for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2010, funded from General Revenue Fund ($7.99 billion), Other State Funds ($10.66 billion), and Federal Funds ($200 million).

• Establishes funding for program administration ($39.7 million), Office of Inspector General ($19.3 million), and Child Support Enforcement ($203.9 million) from various state funds.

• Appropriates $6.31 billion for medical assistance under Illinois Public Aid Code, Children's Health Insurance Program Act, and Covering ALL KIDS Health Insurance Act covering physicians, dentists, hospitals, and long-term care services.
