Appropriates $1,827,300 from General Revenue Fund to the Human Rights Commission for ordinary and contingent expenses for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2010.

Allocates funds for personal services ($1,528,000), state contributions to Social Security ($117,000), contractual services ($120,000), travel ($6,500), commodities ($10,000), printing ($14,000), equipment ($11,200), electronic data processing ($7,000), and telecommunications services ($13,600).

Appropriates $100,000 from the Special Projects Division Fund for costs associated with processing and adjudicating cases under Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development contracts.

Total appropriation of $1,927,300 for the Human Rights Commission.

Takes effect July 1, 2010.
