Appropriates $4,605,100 from the General Revenue Fund for ordinary and contingent expenses of the Office of the Governor for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2010.

Appropriates $100,000 from the Governor's Grant Fund to the Office of the Governor for expenditure in accordance with grant terms and conditions.

Total appropriation for the Office of the Governor is $4,705,100.

Personal Services receives the largest allocation at $2,931,000, followed by Contractual Services at $680,000 and Telecommunications Services at $300,000.

Act becomes effective July 1, 2010.
