Appropriates $1,300,000 from the Illinois Gaming Law Enforcement Fund to the Attorney General for state law enforcement purposes.

Appropriates $2,916,600 from the Asbestos Abatement Fund for the Environmental Enforcement-Asbestos Litigation Division, covering personal services, retirement contributions, social security, group insurance, contractual services, travel, and operational expenses.

Appropriates $7,750,000 from the Attorney General Court Ordered and Voluntary Compliance Payment Projects Fund for general Attorney General duties including state law enforcement and public education.

Appropriates multiple amounts from specialized funds including $1,600,000 (Charity Bureau Fund), $9,700,000 (Whistleblower Reward and Protection Fund), $1,050,000 (Tobacco Settlement Recovery Fund), $4,350,000 (State Projects and Court Ordered Distribution Fund), and $10,667,400 (Violent Crime Victims Assistance Fund).

Appropriates $24,105,900 from the General Revenue Fund for FY2011 operations, including $8,829,600 for bargaining unit employee personal services, $15,441,800 for non-bargaining unit employee personal services, and $4,577,500 for operational expenses, with an effective date of July 1, 2010.
