Appropriates $1,064,405,300 total to the Department of Central Management Services for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2010, comprised of $74,828,800 in General Funds, $969,576,500 in Other State Funds, and $20,000,000 in Federal Funds.

Funds multiple bureaus and programs including Administrative Operations, Illinois Information Services, Strategic Sourcing and Procurement, Personnel, Benefits, Property Management, and Communication and Computer Services across various revolving funds.

Allocates $301,706,100 from Facilities Management Revolving Fund for personal services, contractual services, equipment, and related facility expenses.

Appropriates $175,536,900 for statistical services operations including personnel, electronic data processing, and telecommunications services.

Provides $20,000,000 from American Recovery and Reinvestment Act Revolving Fund for central administrative costs related to federal stimulus program implementation; Act takes effect July 1, 2010.
