Appropriates $2,381,600 in General Funds to the Property Tax Appeal Board for ordinary and contingent expenses for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2010.

Allocates $1,851,900 for Personal Services, $141,700 for State Contributions to Social Security, and $47,000 for Contractual Services.

Includes $200,000 specifically for costs associated with the appeal process and reestablishment of a Cook County office.

Provides funding for operational expenses including Travel ($33,600), Electronic Data Processing ($43,200), Telecommunication Services ($30,000), and Equipment ($4,600).

Effective date is July 1, 2010.
