Appropriates $121,777,800 total to the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2010: $2,524,600 from General Funds, $7,353,200 from Other State Funds, and $111,900,000 from Federal Funds.

Allocates $1,874,600 from General Revenue Fund for operations including personal services ($1,213,800), contractual services ($405,000), and electronic data processing ($90,000).

Appropriates $40,000,000 from Criminal Justice Trust Fund for awards and grants to local units of government and non-profit organizations.

Appropriates $68,100,000 in additional federal funds from American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 for Crime Victims Assistance ($500,000), Violence Against Women ($5,100,000), and Byrne/JAG programs ($38,000,000).

Takes effect July 1, 2010.
