Appropriates $7,197,400 total for the Department of Labor's ordinary and contingent expenses for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2010, comprised of $5,197,400 in General Funds, $500,000 in Other State Funds, and $1,500,000 in Federal Funds.

Allocates $1,467,200 for Operations-General Office including personal services ($990,000), social security contributions ($75,800), contractual services ($306,000), and other operational costs.

Allocates $1,112,800 for Public Safety operations including personal services ($943,500), travel ($62,700), and social security contributions ($73,900).

Allocates $2,536,300 for Fair Labor Standards enforcement including personal services ($2,183,500) and $500,000 from the Child Labor and Day and Temporary Labor Services Enforcement Fund for child labor law administration.

Appropriates $81,100 for Equal Pay Act and Victims Economic Security and Safety Act enforcement, and $1,500,000 from the Department of Labor Federal Trust Fund for occupational safety and health administration state program costs for public sector worksites.
