Appropriates $4,489,600 total for the Illinois Violence Prevention Authority for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2010: $2,431,500 from General Funds and $2,058,100 from Other State Funds.

Allocates $858,100 from the Violence Prevention Fund for agency operations including personal services ($510,900), employee retirement contributions ($154,500), group insurance ($116,100), and other administrative expenses.

Allocates $30,600 from the General Revenue Fund for contractual services.

Appropriates $1,200,000 from the Violence Prevention Fund for grants under the Violence Prevention Act of 1995.

Appropriates $1,502,600 from the General Revenue Fund for grants under the Violence Prevention Act of 1995, plus $598,300 for the Illinois Family Violence Coordinating Council Program and $300,000 for Bullying Prevention initiatives.

Takes effect July 1, 2010.
