Appropriates $184,895,400 to the Supreme Court for judges' salaries, judicial officers' travel, and Social Security contributions.

Appropriates $14,284,700 to the Supreme Court for personal services, retirement contributions, contractual services, and operational expenses.

Appropriates $31,067,600 to the Supreme Court for the Appellate Court's ordinary and contingent expenses including personnel, travel, and equipment.

Appropriates $82,831,400 to the Supreme Court for the Circuit Court's expenses, including probation reimbursements ($75,254,900), probation clerk duties, and sexual offender commitment proceedings.

Appropriates an additional $20,164,600 for the Administrative Office of the Illinois Courts, plus $15,567,000 from the Mandatory Arbitration Fund, $136,800 from the Foreign Language Interpreter Fund, and $885,800 from the Lawyers' Assistance Program Fund; effective July 1, 2010.
