Establishes a Community Service Education Task Force to determine appropriate funding levels for the Community Service Education Program under the Community Service Education Act

Task Force composition includes 2 House members appointed by the Speaker, 2 House members appointed by the Minority Leader, 2 Senate members appointed by the President, 2 Senate members appointed by the Minority Leader, and 3 non-legislative members representing community service education or service learning organizations appointed by the Governor (11 members total)

Task Force must report findings and recommendations to the General Assembly on or before July 1, 2010, at which point the Task Force is dissolved

A copy of the resolution must be delivered to the Governor
