Acknowledges that 1.4 million Illinois residents lack health insurance coverage and that Federally Qualified Health Centers provide affordable primary, dental, and mental health care regardless of ability to pay

Endorses the Illinois Primary Health Care Association's "ACCESS ILLINOIS" plan to provide medical homes to 2 million insured and uninsured patients by 2015

Commits the House of Representatives to support, preserve, strengthen, and expand Federally Qualified Health Centers throughout Illinois

Directs that a copy of the resolution be sent to the Illinois Primary Health Care Association
