Creates a Task Force on the Licensure of Naturopathic Physicians within the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation to evaluate whether naturopathic medical education and training standards adequately protect the public.

Task Force composition includes 3 House members appointed by the Speaker of the House (one to chair) and 3 House members appointed by the Minority Leader.

Task Force shall hold hearings to assess public demand for naturopathic physicians, examine risks to public welfare from lack of regulation, and evaluate naturopathic medical education institutions.

Task Force must provide written findings and recommendations to the House of Representatives no later than December 31, 2009.

Resolution notes that 15 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands already have licensing laws for naturopathic physicians, and that naturopathic physicians were eligible for Illinois licensure prior to 1987.
