Directs copies of the resolution to be sent to the Illinois Manufacturers Association, Illinois State Chamber of Commerce, Illinois Retail Merchants Association, Illinois Restaurant Association, National Federation of Independent Business, Board of Higher Education, State Board of Education, and Illinois Association of School Boards.

Notes that some studies suggest potassium bromate may be a carcinogen when consumed over time, though the FDA has not found it to be carcinogenic.
