Urges the Illinois Department of Agriculture to create an informational program about agricultural pesticides applied aerially in the state, in cooperation with industry groups.

Program should include information on types of pesticides commonly applied by air, application methods, pests or diseases treated, and how to access Material Safety Data Sheets.

System must provide first aid procedures for pesticide exposure and contact information for reporting pesticide drift or misuse to the Department of Agriculture.

Information must be accessible to the public through the Department's website and telephone during normal business hours, with recorded emergency contact information available during non-business hours and weekends.

Acknowledges that aerial pesticide application is vital to crop protection but recognizes the need to inform residents in agricultural areas about pesticide use in their vicinity.
