Recognizes the Blackhawks' 2010 Stanley Cup championship victory on June 9, 2010, their fourth Stanley Cup title.

Acknowledges Rocky Wirtz's appointments of John McDonough as team president (November 2007), Joel Quenneville as head coach (October 2008), and Stan Bowman as general manager (July 2009).

Honors the entire Wirtz family, including patriarch Arthur Wirtz, for their roles as owners in Chicago professional sports and developers of Chicago's West Side.

Directs that a copy of this resolution be presented to William Rockwell "Rocky" Wirtz as a token of appreciation for the Wirtz family's leadership.
