Honors Claude Douthit Smith of Antioch, Illinois, who passed away on June 4, 2010.

Recognizes his service in the United States Army Air Corps during World War II as a mechanic on fighters and bombers in the Pacific.

Notes his founding of Nu-Way Speaker Products in 1956 and his family life with wife Gloria Ann Kaczmaryk (married January 22, 1949) and four sons.

Acknowledges his passion for fishing, hunting, card games, and Chicago sports, as well as his membership in the Antioch Moose and VFW in Largo, Florida.

Directs presentation of a copy of the resolution to Claude Smith's family as a symbol of sympathy.
