Urges the United States Mint to issue the Ronald Reagan Presidential $1 coin in 2011 to coincide with the centennial of President Reagan's birth on February 6, 1911, rather than the originally planned 2016 release date.

Commemorates President Reagan's service as the 40th President of the United States for two terms and his Illinois roots, including his birth in Tampico and attendance at Eureka College.

Recognizes Reagan's economic policies that led to unprecedented expansion, his military strengthening and commitment to armed forces, and his "peace through strength" vision that contributed to the end of the Cold War.

Directs that copies of the resolution be presented to the Director of the United States Mint and to each member of the Illinois congressional delegation.
