Commemorates the 70th anniversary in 2011 of the United States' entry into World War II following the Japanese attack and subsequent declarations of war by Germany and Italy

Urges Illinois Constitutional Officers, State Board of Education, Department of Veterans Affairs, and civic, educational, and patriotic organizations to implement programs remembering the values and sacrifices of World War II participants

Directs these entities to ensure World War II history and sacrifices are preserved, appreciated, and understood before surviving participants pass away

Requires copies of the resolution be presented to the Constitutional Officers, State Board of Education, and Department of Veterans Affairs
