Illinois House of Representatives congratulates Reverend Jesse Dillard on his 15th anniversary in the ministry, celebrated on November 19, 2010 at Logos Baptist Assembly in Chicago.

Reverend Dillard was born December 5, 1972 and was called to preach in 1990, beginning his ministry under Reverend Dr. James R. Flint, Sr. at Union Evangelistic Baptist Church.

He earned a certificate in Christian Ministries from Lincoln Christian College, an Associate Degree in Theology from Baptist Bible College in Springfield, Missouri, and a B.A. degree from St. Louis Christian College in Florissant, Missouri.

He currently serves at Logos Baptist Assembly under the leadership of Reverend Dr. Donald L. Parson in Chicago and is pursuing a business degree with the goal of owning a funeral home.

House directs that a suitable copy of the resolution be presented to Reverend Jesse Dillard as a symbol of respect and esteem.
