Congratulates Dr. William McCoy on 25 years of dedicated service as Chief Apostle at Brothers Keeper Community Outreach Church.

Recognizes Dr. McCoy's pastoral career beginning in 1986, including ordination in 1989, graduation as Valedictorian from United Theological Seminary in 1991, and doctorate in Pastoral Theology in 1995.

Acknowledges Dr. McCoy's extensive service as Auxiliary Chaplain of Cook County Sheriff Department since 1994, Illinois Department of Corrections chaplain from 1997-2001, and leadership roles in multiple community and chaplaincy organizations.

Documents numerous awards received by Dr. McCoy including the Good Samaritan Award, Dr. Arthur M. Brazier Distinguished Service Award, Chaplain of the Year from Illinois Department of Corrections, and recognition in Who's Who in Executive Professionals.
