Recognizes the 91st anniversary of Beta Rho Chapter of Theta Chi Fraternity at Illinois Wesleyan University, originally founded in 1919 as Pi Mu Epsilon Fraternity before becoming Beta Rho Chapter of Theta Chi in 1942.

Commemorates the 50th anniversary of the chapter house opening at 814 North Main (1960) and the 30th anniversary of the opening at 404 East Beecher (1980).

Commends Beta Rho Chapter members, both past and present, for their friendship, ideals, beliefs, and community service.

Proclaims October 9, 2010 as Beta Rho of Theta Chi Day in the State of Illinois.

Directs that copies of the resolution be presented to the President of Illinois Wesleyan University, the Executive Director of Theta Chi Fraternity, Inc., and leadership of the Beta Rho Chapter and its Alumni Association.
