Expresses the Illinois House of Representatives' condolences on the death of Christel N. Clemmons-Butler, who passed away on July 31, 2010.

Celebrates her 34-year career at United Airlines (retiring in 2001) and co-recipient status for a Human Resources Division MVP award for establishing the first Welfare-to-Work Program in the country.

Recognizes her 31 years as an Illinois State Real Estate Sales and Referral Counselor and her extensive volunteer work with organizations including the National Association of Realtors, Hope Community Service, AARP, Urban League, and NAACP.

Acknowledges her surviving children (Brent, Frank, Ronald, Rochelle, Paul, Milton, Keith, Kathleen, Kevin, and Regina), numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and extended family.

Directs that a suitable copy of the resolution be presented to her family as an expression of sympathy.
