Acknowledges his marriage to Phoebe Naoum in 1978, his two children (Noelle born 1988 and Farris born 1990), and his work in the hotel industry.

Honors his establishment of "Ollie's" store in Cabrini Green in 1993 and his active involvement in community events and charitable assistance to those in need.

Directs that a suitable copy of the resolution be presented to the Naoum family as an expression of sympathy.
